Eligibility

The driver must hold a valid driving licence and be at least 21 years old. Foreign nationals must carry a passport, a valid visa and an international driving permit.

Booking and payment

Bookings are confirmed once an advance is received. The balance and the refundable security deposit are payable at handover.

Use of the vehicle

The vehicle may only be driven by the person named on the booking. Driving under the influence, racing, sub-renting and carrying goods for commercial purposes are not permitted. Taking the vehicle outside Goa requires written permission in advance.

Fuel, tolls and fines

Fuel is the customer's responsibility. Tolls, parking charges and any traffic fines incurred during the rental period are payable by the customer.

Damage

The customer is responsible for damage caused during the rental period, subject to the insurance terms applicable to the vehicle. Any damage must be reported immediately.

Liability

We are not liable for personal belongings left in the vehicle or for losses arising from delays, breakdowns or events outside our control.
